We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable
• We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but variations may occur due to seasonal availability
• Flower arrangements may vary slightly from images due to the natural variation in fresh flowers
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers or accessories of equal or greater value if specific items are unavailable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Gift cards are available in fixed and flexible amounts as displayed on the website

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order:

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase
• We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
• A contract is formed when we accept your order by processing payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website
• All payment information is processed securely
• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Delivery

Delivery Areas:

We deliver to most areas across South Africa, including major cities such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Pretoria.

Delivery Times:

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the requested date
• Delivery may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery Address:

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
• If the recipient is not available, our delivery partner will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbor

5. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers delivered are fresh or your money back, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund
• This guarantee does not cover flowers that have wilted due to improper care after delivery

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund
• Orders cancelled after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately by email or phone

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are provided for orders that could not be fulfilled or did not meet our freshness guarantee

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available in fixed denominations and flexible amounts as selected by the purchaser
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift card codes will be sent via email upon purchase
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
• Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order
